- From the Benefits tab, click Punch Cards and then Manage.
- Click Add Punch Card.
- Add the punch card details.
Field Description Title Appears on the punch card list Description Enter the description, details, or fine print of the gift. For example, "Buy 8 cups of coffee and get the 9th cup for free!" Background Image Appears behind the tiles of the punch card Punch Image Punch icon on the tile when it's punched Preview Image Appears on the punch card list. (using punch codes) N/A Short Punch Card Name Name of the item that the employee sees when punching the card Push Notification Message When you send the punch card (by automation or from Filter Members), you can choose whether or not to send a push notification with the punch card. If you select Yes, then this is the message text that will be sent. Valid From Select from which date the punch card can be punched/redeemed. You can also specify the hour, minute and second. Valid Until Select until which date the punch card can be punched/redeemed. You can also specify the hour, minute and second. Deactivate After Select how many minutes/hours/days/weeks after the member receives the punch card that the punch card can no longer be punched/redeemed. For example, if you choose to deactivate after 30 days, the member can only use the punch card up to 30 days after they receive it. Activate After Select how many minutes/hours/days/weeks after the member receives the punch card that the punch card can be punched/redeemed. For example, if you choose to activate after 1 day, the member can only punch their card starting from the day after they receive it. Add Tags N/A
- Enter the gift POS settings.
- Click Save.
