Training: Add Automations for Punch Cards

Send a punch card

  1. On the Operation tab, click Autopilot Mode and then Smart Automations.
  2. Click Add New.
  3. Add Automation Name. Under Choose Preset, select Send Punch Card.
  4. Make sure all fields are filled in correctly.
  5. Under Scenarios > Actions, choose the relevant punch card.
  6. Click Done and then Save and Close.

Punch a punch card

  1. On the Operation tab, click Autopilot Mode and then Smart Automations.
  2. Click Add New.
  3. Add Automation Name. Under Choose Preset, select Send Punch Card.
  4. Make sure all fields are filled in correctly.
  5. Under Scenarios > Conditions > In the Group, create an item group containing all relevant item codes.
  6. Under Scenarios > Actions > Choose an Asset, choose the relevant punch card.
  7. Under Scenarios > Actions > In the Group, select the same group you choose under Scenarios > Conditions > In the Group.
  8. Click Done and then Save and Close.                                                                                                            

Renew a punch card

  1. On the Operation tab, click Autopilot Mode and then Smart Automations.
  2. Click Add New.
  3. Add an Automation Name. Under Choose Preset, select Overflow Punches.
  4. Make sure all fields are filled in correctly.
  5. Under Scenarios > Conditions > Value, choose the relevant punch card.
  6. Under Scenarios > Actions > Choose an Asset, choose the relevant punch card.
  7. Click Done and then Save and Close.                                                                                        

Send overflow punches

  1. On the Operation tab, click Autopilot Mode and then Smart Automations.
  2. Click Add New.
  3. Add an Automation Name. Under Choose Preset, select Renew Punch Cards.
  4. Make sure all fields are filled in correctly.
  5. Under Scenarios > Conditions > Value, choose the relevant punch card.
  6. Under Scenarios > Actions > Choose an Asset, choose the relevant punch card.
  7. Click Done and then Save and Close.
