The Como Hub is your management console—for creating and editing apps, managing the loyalty club, and getting to know members. It has three main components: top menu, tabs and side menu.
The top menu allows you to edit your profile, log out, access a help guide, choose the language for the Como Hub, navigate to your apps, and start creating a new app. The side menu presents all the topics included in each tab. Here’s a quick overview of the most important tabs:
|Favorites||Build your own custom tab with the menus you use most often|
|Data & BI||Perform actions on member segments (by filter) and view data on club activity, member profiles, data submitted through the app (receipts, forms, etc.), employee actions, etc.|
|Content||App content (text, images and features), layout of app screens, branding (colors and design), integrations and publishing app changes|
|Benefits||Add or edit loyalty modules like punch cards, Point Shop or gifts|
|Operation||Automations, registration form, submission & marketing materials, app texts, and other settings related to operating the loyalty club|
