Use Filter Members

Search for members based on member actions and member attributes, and perform a One-Time activity on the results. For example, you can search for "Champion" members that made a purchase in the last month.

Note: on filter results, only 20 member profiles are shown (randomly), to enable you to review the profile of the filtered members.  The export file will include details of all the filtered members

Member Attributes

You can filter members according to different member attributes. The attributes that you can choose from are the ones in your registration form and additional system ones like tag, if they allow SMS, etc. If you choose multiple member attributes, then ALL of them must be satisfied for the activity to apply to a member. For example, the member is tagged student AND is an app user.

 

Member Actions & Criteria

 

Category Member Action Type Description
PURCHASE & PAYMENTS  Made a purchase
  • Ex: Filter members who spent in a specific location more than $20.
  • Apply to multiple purchases: Number of purchases: to specify the number of times the member made a purchase (number of actions). Total value of purchases to specify the aggregate of purchase totals for all transactions (total value)
  • Possible criterias: Shopping cart, Total spend, Spend on specific items, Location ID, POS ID, Purchase tags, No. identified members, Order type, Purchase source type, Purchase source name.
  • Choose dates: a specific date and time range, or since ever until now.
  Didn't purchase
  • Ex: Filter members who didn't purchase in the last 3 months a specific item.
  • Choose dates: a specific date and time range, or since ever until now.
  • Possible criterias: Location ID, Certain items.
 APP Opened the app 
  • Ex: Filter members who opened the app more than 10 times / didn't open the app in the last month.
  • Number of times: how many times the app was opened within the time period you specify
  • Choose dates: a specific date and time range, or since ever until now.
 MEMBERSHIP  Joined the program
  • Ex: Filter members who joined the program in the last week.
  • Choose dates: a specific date and time range, or since ever until now.

  BENEFITS  Received a benefit
  • Ex: Filter members who received a specific benefit between 1.4.19-30.4.19.
  • Possible criterias: Benefit: select which gift or punch card. Benefits Source: the way the member received the asset: Point Shop, Rule or Hub.
  • Apply multiple times: how many times the asset was received within the time period you specify
  • Choose dates: a specific date and time range, or since ever until now.
  Redeemed a benefit
  • Ex: Filter members who redeemed any benefit or a specific benefit.
  • Possible criterias: Benefit: select which gift or punch card. Location id: the location in which it was redeemed.
  • Apply multiple times: how many times the benefit was redeemed within the time period you specify.
  • Choose dates: a specific date and time range, or since ever until now.
  Didn't redeem a benefit
  • Ex: Filter members who didn't redeem any benefit or a specific benefit.
  • Possible criterias: Benefit: select which gift or punch card. Location id: the location in which it was not redeemed.
  • Choose dates: a specific date and time range, or since ever until now.
  Didn't receive a benefit
  • Ex: Filter members who didn't receive a specific benefit between 1.1.19-31.12.19
  • Possible criterias: Benefit: select which gift or punch card. Benefits Source: the way the member didn't receive the benefit: Point Shop, Rule or Hub.
  • Choose dates: a specific date and time range, or since ever until now.
  Punched a punch card 
  • Ex: Filter members who punched a selected (or some) punch card / punched less than twice in the last 2 weeks.
  • Possible criterias: Benefit: select which punch card. Total punches in the card: how many times the card was punched within the time period you specify. Last punch?: select if it is the last punch in the card.
  • Choose dates: a specific date and time range, or since ever until now.
  Received points/credit
  • Ex: Filter members who received more than 1,000 points/credit in the last month/ have more than 500 points/credit in his balance.
  • Possible criterias: Number of points/credit: the number of points/credit the member received. New balance: what is the new points/credit balance for the member.
  • Apply multiple times: how many times the member received the points/credit within the time period you specify.
  • Choose dates: a specific date and time range, or since ever until now.
  • Note: This field will be available only if one of the wallets (point/credit) defined. 
  Used points/credit
  • Ex: Filter members who used more than 10 points/credit and their new balance is 50 points. 
  • Possible criterias: Number of points/credit: the number of points/credit the member used. New balance: what is the new points/credit balance for the member.
  • Apply multiple times: how many times the member used the points/credit within the time period you specify.
  • Choose dates: a specific date and time range, or since ever until now.
  • Note: This field will be available only if one of the wallets (point/credit) defined. 
 COMMUNICATION Didn't receive a push sent
  • Choose dates: a specific date and time range, or since ever until now.
  Received an email 
  • Possible criterias: Email name, Email sent from (POS, Rule, Hub, Unknown, Admin, Server)
  • Choose dates: a specific date and time range, or since ever until now.
  Didn't received an email
  • Possible criterias: Email name, Email sent from (POS, Rule, Hub, Unknown, Admin, Server)
  • Choose dates: a specific date and time range, or since ever until now.
  Didn't open an email received
  • Possible criterias: Email name, Email sent from (POS, Rule, Hub, Unknown, Admin, Server)
  • Choose dates: a specific date and time range, or since ever until now.



Examples

Example 1: Preferred Location is one of "Salem", "Las Vegas", "Rockefeller" and the member Made a purchase since ever until today with total spend greater or equal to $50:

Export Report 

You can export results to CSV, the report contains the registration form fields and default fields (Locationid, Points Balance, Tags, Allow Email, Allow SMS, Gave consent, Created On).

Create a One-Time action on the result

You can filter your members according to their attributes (ex: point balance, tag, etc.) and their actions (ex: made a purchase) and after, perform a one-time activity on all your members or a specific group of members based on what you filtered.

Select which campaign you'd like to add the one-time action too, and then click OK.
Note: If you'd like to add it to a new campaign, create the campaign before the one-time action (or save the one-time action as a draft and move it to a new campaign later, see Manage Campaigns & Activities)
